I bought this week an MM400 V3 display from the CarTFT shop.

Upon arrival and unpacking, I tested the screen using the supplied cables, and it doesn't turn on. The only thing it does is flash the front blue led repeatedly. I tried also connect it to the cigarette lighter plug, and the result is the same.

Have I got a defective unit?

I have already applied for an RMA number, but I'm not too pleased about this situation... It will take me at least another two weeks before I have my system working!!!
