Hi I just downloaded the software and am everything works ok apart from the phone section. When used outside of software everything works but when in ICT nothing appears in the phone section no phone books nothing any help would be great.

You need to install PhoneControl : http://www.cartft.com/community/ict/ict_download/PhoneCtlSetup1.5.0.zip
